Job Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help with daily operations and lead our team of Play Center Associates. The Assistant Store Manager will support the team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain safety standards, and help keep the facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Help the Store Manager supervise daily operations, support and lead the Associates during assigned shifts.
- Provide welcoming, high-energy customer service to members and guests.
- Handle admissions, waivers, memberships, party bookings, and POS transactions.
- Answer phone calls and resolve guest questions or concerns professionally.
- Frequently walk on the play area to moniter children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive experiences.
- Ensure staff remain engaged, productive, and attentive to responsibilities.
- Assist with opening and closing duties based on the business schedule
- Help to cleaning and maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
- Assist with host and manage birthday parties and special events, including setup, coordination, and cleanup.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have experience
- Experience in a family entertainment center, indoor playground, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays as needed
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
